SouthGobi Schedules Annual and Special Meeting for June 2026

SouthGobi Resources Ltd. announces its upcoming annual general and extraordinary meetings. These will be held on June 25, 2026, in Vancouver, Canada, and correspondingly on June 26, 2026, in Hong Kong. Shareholders entitled to take part in these meetings will be determined based on a record date set for May 4, 2026.

Eligible shareholders, as listed by the close of business on the record date, will receive notice and have the right to vote. To ensure participation, proxy forms and any relevant authorizations should be submitted to TSX Trust Company or Computershare Hong Kong by June 23, 2026.

Notifications detailing the meeting's agenda and additional topics will be sent out soon and available on SEDAR+. SouthGobi's leadership currently comprises executive director Mr. Ruibin Xu, among others.
