SouthGobi Resources Ltd. a annoncé que son conseil d'administration se réunira le 14 mai 2026 afin d'examiner les résultats financiers et opérationnels de la société pour le premier trimestre 2026, date à laquelle les résultats seront également publiés. SouthGobi Resources est cotée à la Bourse de Hong Kong et à la Bourse de croissance TSX.
Le conseil d'administration de la société comprend M. Ruibin Xu, Mme Chonglin Zhu et M. Chen Shen. Les administrateurs indépendants non exécutifs sont M. Yingbin Ian He, Mme Jin Lan Quan et M. Fan Keung Vic Choi, tandis que M. Zhu Gao et M. Zaixiang Wen siègent à titre d'administrateurs non exécutifs.
SouthGobi possède et exploite la mine de charbon d'Ovoot Tolgoi en Mongolie, et détient également des droits miniers dans la région du Gobi Sud. Sa production de charbon est principalement destinée à des clients en Chine.
