FMR LLC réduit sa participation dans Sopra Steria Group
Le 14 septembre 2026, FMR LLC a franchi en baisse le seuil de 5% des droits de vote de Sopra Steria Group. Selon la déclaration reçue le 17 septembre, FMR LLC détient désormais 1 255 482 actions, soit 6,38% du capital et 4,93% des droits de vote. Cette évolution découle d'une cession d'actions sur le marché.
Les actions sont réparties entre plusieurs filiales de FMR LLC, notamment FIAM LLC avec 405 498 actions, et Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC avec 737 677 actions. FMR LLC détient également un contrat de « right of recall » sur 10 975 actions, permettant de rappeler ces actions à tout moment.
