Sonova Launches Phonak EON with Advanced AI Technology

Sonova Holding AG, a leader in hearing solutions, has launched the Phonak Audéo EON portfolio, including the EON Sphere, its third-generation AI hearing aid. The EON solutions introduce significant improvements in speech clarity and wind-noise management, powered by the HYPERSONIC™ chip. The updated design is 25% smaller and 20% lighter, achieving increased power efficiency.

The device supports broad connectivity via Bluetooth® and incorporates WindBlock 2.0, minimizing wind noise by up to 50 dB. Sonova emphasizes that these advancements strengthen its position in the hearing care industry, aligning with WHO guidance on the link between hearing health and cognitive decline.

Phonak EON emphasizes adaptive clarity, connectivity, and intuitive use, supporting numerous connections, including Auracast™ broadcast compatibility. It is available initially in the U.S. with expansion to other markets planned.
