Sonova Announces Board of Directors Changes

Sonova Holding AG reveals significant changes to its Board of Directors, coinciding with the company's long-term succession strategy. Laura Stoltenberg has been nominated as a new board member, pending election at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) in June 2025. She will replace Stacy Enxing Seng, who is not seeking re-election after over a decade of service. Furthermore, Lukas Braunschweiler will retire due to the company's age limit policy.

Robert Spoerry, the current Chair, will also step down as he reaches the age limit. If the proposed changes are approved by shareholders, the board will be reduced from ten members to eight. Laura Stoltenberg, currently CEO of Cryosa, brings vast experience in the medical technology sector.
