SOLOCAL GROUP Half-Yearly Report: Limited Review and Conclusions

SOLOCAL GROUP's half-yearly report for the period from January 1 to June 30, 2025, was reviewed by the statutory auditors, Certidox Auditex and Deloitte & Associés. The latter carried out a limited review of the half-yearly condensed consolidated financial statements, in accordance with Article L. 451-1-2 III of the French Monetary and Financial Code. Their mission was to evaluate the consolidated financial statements by verifying compliance with IAS 34 adopted in the European Union.

The limited review involves interviews with management and analytical procedures, but does not involve the depth of an audit. The auditors, after analysis, did not discover any material misstatements that would call into question the compliance of the accounts for the period under review. Furthermore, no comments were made regarding the fairness of the information in the half-yearly activity report.
