UBS Group AG exceeds the threshold of 5% of SOITEC’s capital
On June 26, 2026, UBS Group AG, through its subsidiaries, crossed the 5% threshold in SOITEC's share capital. It now holds 5.42% of SOITEC's share capital and 4.33% of its voting rights, representing 1,938,303 shares. This threshold crossing resulted from an off-market acquisition.
UBS AG owns 1,571,566 shares, representing 4.39% of the share capital. Subsidiaries UBS Europe SE, UBS Securities LLC, and UBS Switzerland AG hold 0.91%, 0.04%, and 0.08% of the share capital, respectively. The shares include contracts allowing for flexible use of the securities.
These transactions follow various contracts, including "right to recall", "right to substitute" and "swaps on baskets".
