JP Morgan Chase reduces its stake in SOITEC
JP Morgan Chase & Co. announced in a press release received on August 24, 2026, that it had fallen below the 5% threshold of SOITEC's share capital. As of August 20, 2026, through its subsidiaries, it held 1,633,706 SOITEC shares. This represents 4.57% of the share capital and 3.65% of the voting rights. This change resulted from a sale of shares on the market.
This downward shift resulted from transactions involving several JP Morgan entities, including JP Morgan Securities LLC and JP Morgan Securities plc. It should be noted that 1,525,133 shares are linked to equity swap contracts, exercisable until 2031.
