Franchissement de seuil par Morgan Stanley chez SOITEC
Le 29 mai 2026, Morgan Stanley a franchi en baisse le seuil de 5 % de participation dans le capital de SOITEC. La société détient désormais 4,49 % du capital, soit 1 606 797 actions, représentant 3,54 % des droits de vote. Ce changement résulte d'une cession d'actions hors marché.
Le détail des détentions se répartit entre ses filiales : Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, Prime Dealer Services Corp., Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC, Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A. et Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC. La société conserve la possibilité de rappeler certaines actions via des contrats de droit de rappel.
Des contrats « equity swaps » et « retail structured product » sont également en place, pouvant affecter ces positions jusqu'en 2027.
