Sodexo publishes an update on its voting rights and shares

Sodexo has issued an erratum to its monthly statement regarding its voting rights and shares as of May 31, 2026. The company, based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, identified a total of 147,454,887 shares comprising its share capital. Of the exercisable voting rights, 216,509,209 are recorded. The number of theoretical voting rights is 218,135,145.

Sodexo shares carry identical voting rights, except for treasury shares, which have no voting rights, and registered shares held for at least four years, which have double voting rights. This announcement is made in accordance with the regulatory obligations defined by the French Commercial Code and the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority).
