Semi-Annual Evaluation of the SFL Liquidity Contract
Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL) has published its half-yearly report on the liquidity agreement in partnership with Rothschild Martin Maurel as of June 30, 2025. As of that date, the liquidity account held 15 securities and a balance of €459,259. During the first half of 2025, 3,349 securities were purchased for €254,595.78, while 3,525 securities were sold for €268,245.49.
By comparison, as of December 31, 2024, the account held 191 securities and an amount of €445,609. Since the liquidity agreement was signed on March 11, 2019, there has been a significant reduction in the number of securities and available funds. This agreement aims to regulate the supply and demand for SFL securities on the market, thus contributing to the stability of its shares.
