Statement of voting rights and capital for EPC Group
The Société Anonyme d'Explosifs et de Produits Chimiques (EPC Group) published its figures as of April 23, 2026, in accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16-RG of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). The share capital consists of 2,262,830 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 3,615,292, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 3,485,739. The difference is explained by the 129,553 treasury shares, which do not carry voting rights. Listed on Euronext Paris, EPC Group is among the world leaders in explosives, with operations in 29 countries and 44 subsidiaries, and generated revenue of €550 million in 2024.
