SMCP : Point d'étape sur la restitution forcée de capital
Le 24 juin 2025, SMCP a annoncé des avancées dans le litige concernant la restitution de 15,5% de son capital. Depuis octobre 2024, GLAS SAS, trustee des obligations échangeables European TopSoho (ETS), poursuit des procédures à Singapour. Une audience est prévue le 2 juillet 2025. Ce contentieux fait suite à une annulation de cession prononcée par la justice anglaise en juillet 2024. Le 15,5% du capital doit ainsi être restitué à ETS après une annulation de la cession à Dynamic Treasure Group Ltd.
Par ailleurs, la cour singapourienne a rejeté en mai 2025 l'appel de Wuhu Ruyi Xinbo Investment Partnership, qui revendiquait une créance sur cette participation. Cette société, liée à Shandong Ruyi, ne dispose maintenant plus d'option d'appel dans cette affaire.
