ATHA Energy Revises Technical Report Following BCSC Review
ATHA Energy Corp has amended its Technical Report for the Angilak Project after a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC). The BCSC noted deficiencies in how ATHA previously disclosed historical mineral resource estimates and exploration target models.
In response, ATHA has filed an updated National Instrument 43-101 compliant Technical Report, which omits outdated resource estimates and clarifies the exploration target for the Lac 50 Deposit. The updated report reflects the latest geological findings, including 2024 and 2025 drilling data, confirming expanded mineralized zones and trends.
The company emphasizes the removal of past disclosures implying outdated and irrelevant resource estimates for the Angilak Project. The amended report aims to align with BCSC feedback and ensure regulatory compliance. ATHA has also updated its investor relations materials accordingly.
