ATHA Energy Modifies Royalty Agreement with Saskatchewan Syndicate
ATHA Energy Corp, based in Vancouver, has announced a second amendment to its existing royalty agreement with the New Saskatchewan Syndicate (NSS). This step is part of the company's broader exploration strategy aimed at exploring and developing promising projects. The Angilak Uranium Project in Nunavut remains unaffected by this agreement.
The amendment allows ATHA, at its discretion, to abandon properties linked to the NSS deal. In return, NSS has agreed to waive its rights to these properties. In consideration of this waiver, ATHA will issue 1,000,000 common shares and 1,000,000 purchase warrants to NSS, pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. Each warrant enables the acquisition of one share at $1.05 for five years post-issuance.
