ATHA Energy Announces Major Discoveries and Completion of Bought Deal
ATHA Energy Corp has announced the completion of an oversubscribed CAD $11.5 million private placement and significant progress in its 2025 Angilak Exploration Program. The company has achieved its third uranium discovery at the RIB West site and expanded mineralization at RIB East. Early drill results at RIB West indicated uranium mineralization over a 340-meter strike length.
RIB East now shows potential for a 750-meter mineralized strike length. The company employed Advanced Electromagnetic Inversion to map uranium-associated structures. The 2025 program, using MMT survey data, has successfully mapped graphitic corridors linked to mineralization. ATHA aims to explore newly identified EM anomalies and continues to develop its Angilak Project in Nunavut, confirming its potential uranium endowment beyond Lac 50 Deposit.
