Sintana Energy Plans to List on Namibia Securities Exchange

Sintana Energy Inc. has revealed its plan to list on the Namibia Securities Exchange (NSX). The energy company has engaged IJG Securities as its sponsor and corporate advisor to facilitate this process. Listing on the NSX aims to provide Namibian investors with opportunities to engage in the energy sector.

Knowledge Katti, a director at Sintana, expressed his vision for Namibians, particularly the youth, to engage actively in the nation's natural resource wealth. The NSX listing aligns with the Namibia government's Sixth National Development Plan, promoting youth empowerment and wealth creation.

Sintana's CEO, Robert Bose, highlighted that local investors would gain a chance to invest directly in the company's offshore developments. Tiaan Bazuin, CEO of NSX, emphasized the exchange's role in allowing Namibians to become shareholders in national resources.
