Simplified Public Tender Offer for Poulaillon Company by Eugénie
Eugénie has launched a simplified public tender offer for the shares of the company Poulaillon. The proposed price per share is €9.00. This offer will run for ten trading days, with a schedule set by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
The AMF approved this offer with a compliance decision dated June 18, 2026, granting visa no. 26-202 to the information memorandum. Eugénie filed the necessary documents on June 5, 2026, which are available on the AMF and Eugénie websites.
Before the offer opens, the AMF and Euronext Paris will publish notices informing the public of the timetable and terms of this transaction. This offer is exclusively for the French market.
