Silver Tiger Metals Inc. has revealed the outcomes of its recent annual and special shareholder meeting. Held on September 17, 2026, the meeting saw the re-election of directors Richard Gordon, Glenn Jessome, Lila Maria Bensojo-Arras, and Yleana Leal. Each director secured a majority vote, with Glenn Jessome receiving the highest support at 99.92%.
The company's auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, were re-appointed for another term. Additionally, shareholders approved the omnibus equity incentive plan with 83.69% of votes in favor.
