Silver Storm Mining Upsizes Private Placement to $15 Million
Silver Storm Mining Ltd. has announced an increase in its non-brokered private placement offering, raising its target from 15 million to 30 million units. The offering price remains at $0.50 per unit, aiming for a total of $15 million in gross proceeds. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of a share purchase warrant. These warrants allow holders to buy an additional share at $0.70 within 18 months post-offering. The company might pay up to 3% in cash commissions to eligible finders for appropriate subscriptions, compliant with TSXV policies.
Funds raised will support drilling at Silver Storm's La Parrilla Silver Mine Complex and other corporate purposes. The offering should close around August 25, 2026, after receiving necessary approvals. Eric Sprott, a related party, maintains his participation in this offering. Silver Storm emphasizes its strategic partnership with a major resource investor and Eric Sprott's ongoing support, which is set to further its drilling initiatives at La Parrilla.
