Silver Spruce Resources Appoints New Director, Announces Resignation
Silver Spruce Resources, Inc., based in Bedford, NS, announced the appointment of Don Hunter as an independent director. Hunter brings over 30 years of experience in building strategic partnerships in industries such as precious metal and rare earth element mining, and energy generation across North America and Africa.
The appointment coincides with the resignation of Michael Kinley from the Board of Directors. The company expressed gratitude for Kinley's years of service. Additionally, Hunter received 200,000 stock options, allowing acquisition of shares at $0.12 each over five years, as part of the company's stock option plan.
Silver Spruce continues to develop its exploration portfolio with projects across Mexico and Canada, focusing on silver, gold, and other minerals.
