Thieneman's credentials include a Juris Doctorate from Duke University. Beyond his new role, he sits on the boards of Plymouth Tube Company and Cornwell Capital, and chairs Silver Spruce. The company also restructured its Audit Committee, now chaired by Kevin O'Connor, with members Lisa Ng and Don Hunter.
