Silver Range Resources Ltd. Partners with Resilience Minerals to Develop Mining Properties

Silver Range Resources Ltd. has announced a significant partnership with Resilience Minerals Limited, granting the option to acquire an 80% interest in both the Alamo and Sand Springs properties. Located in Arizona and Nevada, these mining properties hold potential for resource exploration and development.

To exercise these options, Resilience must pay Silver Range US$550,000 in cash and issue the same amount in shares upon successful completion of their IPO. Upon completion, the two companies will form an industry-standard Joint Venture to further explore these sites.

Silver Range will receive structured resource payments and retain royalties on future metal production. The Alamo Property showcases iron-oxide copper-gold mineralization, while the Sand Springs Property is rich in gold-copper skarn mineralization.
