Silver North Resources Initiates Private Placement for C$5 Million

Silver North Resources Ltd. has announced a private placement agreement with Red Cloud Securities Inc. for a targeted C$5 million. This initiative comprises the sale of up to 5,000,000 units at C$0.40 per unit and 5,357,143 flow-through units intended for charitable buyers priced at C$0.56 per unit. Each financial unit includes one common share and half a share purchase warrant, allowing further acquisition at C$0.56 within three years of closing.

The expected proceeds will fund exploration at Silver North's Yukon Territory properties and cover general corporate expenses. The raised capital will also support the company's Haldane and GDR projects through qualifying exploration expenditures.

Completion of the offering, scheduled around February 5, 2026, is subject to regulatory approvals, including TSX Venture Exchange consent. The offering document is accessible for prospective investors online.
