Silver Bull Resources Advances Arbitration Against Mexico

Silver Bull Resources, Inc. has progressed in its arbitration case against the United Mexican States, addressing the illegal blockade of its Sierra Mojada Project. The company filed a Reply to Mexico's Counter-Memorial under the USMCA and NAFTA at ICSID. Mexico must submit its Rejoinder by August 26, 2025, ahead of the October hearing.

The dispute began in 2019 due to a blockade by local miners, impacting Silver Bull's Sierra Mojada investment. The company claims US$374.9 million in damages, asserting Mexico violated NAFTA standards through unlawful expropriation and failure to protect investments.

Legal counsel is provided by Boies Schiller Flexner, while Bench Walk Advisors LLC supports Silver Bull financially. Sierra Mojada, Silver Bull's sole asset, remains inaccessible, leading to significant investment loss.
