Showroomprivé Reports Adjusted 2024 Financial Results and Anticipates 2025 Revenue Decline
Showroomprivé, a European online event-driven retailer, has published its adjusted financial results for 2024, revealing a net income loss of €133 million due to non-recurring items. Gross merchandise volume (GMV) remained stable at €1 billion, while net sales stood at €650 million, unchanged from prior disclosures. Despite a positive EBITDA of €2.3 million, the company faced challenges in a volatile economic environment.
Looking ahead, the projected decline in 2025 reveals a 14% revenue drop and an 11% decrease in GMV. The fourth quarter of 2025 saw these figures drop by 17% and 11% respectively. Nevertheless, Showroomprivé's Marketplace experienced a 50% growth in business volume, signaling resilience in certain segments despite overall market pressures.
