Showroomprivé Delays 2025 Annual Accounts Release
La Plaine Saint Denis, March 24, 2026 – Showroomprivé, a European group specializing in event-driven sales, has announced a delay in the release of its 2025 annual accounts. Originally set for March 25, 2026, the publication is now postponed to allow statutory auditors additional time to complete their audit.
Showroomprivé plans to disclose the full-year results for 2025 on April 29, 2026. This will coincide with the announcement of the company's first quarter 2026 revenues.
Despite the delay, Showroomprivé remains a key player in online fashion sales across Europe, having generated nearly €900 million in gross sales and €560 million in net sales in 2025. The company is directed by its founder, David Dayan, and employs over 1,100 people.
