SHOWROOMPRIVÉ ANNOUNCES DECLINING 2025 RESULTS AND A MIXED 2026 QUARTER
Showroomprivé, the European flash sales specialist, has released its 2025 annual results, which show a 13.5% decrease in revenue, settling at €559 million. Sales volume reached €893 million, down 10.6%. Despite a €14 million reduction in operating expenses, EBITDA was negative at -€27.7 million.
For the first quarter of 2026, revenue also declined by 5.8%, although the Marketplace saw significant growth of 45%. This increase underscores the strategic importance of this segment. Furthermore, a slight increase of 2.6% in the average order value was recorded.
