Share Buybacks by Econocom Group

Econocom Group SE recently carried out several transactions under its share buyback program, authorized by the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders in March 2026. The transactions, carried out on the stock exchange, took place between October 28 and November 2, 2026. In total, 908,966 shares were repurchased at prices ranging from €1.35 to €1.485 per share.
