Seval Share Donation Impacts Trigano Ownership
On December 15, 2025, a significant share donation by François and Marie-Hélène Feuillet has reshaped the ownership landscape of Trigano. Seval, the Feuillet family holding, controls 40% of Trigano's share capital with 38.8% voting rights. In a strategic move, the Feuillet couple transferred 49.99% of Seval's shares to Séverine Soummer Feuillet and Alice Cavalier Feuillet.
As a result, François and Marie-Hélène Feuillet now possess 27.9% of Trigano, both directly and indirectly. Meanwhile, Séverine and Alice hold 15% each in the company. This transfer preserves Seval's share and voting rights in Trigano, maintaining the status quo in governance influence.
