Fred Chereau appointed Managing Director of Sensorion
Sensorion, a biotechnology company specializing in hearing loss treatment, announces the appointment of Fred Chereau as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 1, 2026. With 30 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, Chereau brings extensive expertise in gene therapy. Previously, he was Senior Vice President at Alexion – AstraZeneca Rare Disease and led LogicBio Therapeutics.
Amit Munshi, Chairman of the Board, welcomes this appointment, which he considers crucial for the company's development. Munshi will continue to serve as Chairman after the interim period as Chief Executive Officer.
