Semperit AG Holding: Outlook and Performance for FY25 and FY26

Semperit AG Holding is expected to release its annual results for 2025 on March 18, with Q4 revenue anticipated at €179.6 million, marking a 5.7% year-over-year increase. Despite a challenging Q1, FY25 revenue is set to decline by 2% year-over-year to €663 million. The company is projected to meet its FY guidance with an operational EBITDA of €78 million, excluding ERP-related expenses.

In Q4, the SIA segment is likely to report revenues of €72.3 million, a modest 1% year-over-year increase, while SEA revenues may grow by 10% to €107.8 million. Despite these gains, the SEA segment could see a slight decline in EBITDA margin due to ramp-up expenses.

Looking ahead to 2026, Semperit aims to return to growth with an expected 7.2% increase in group sales. EBITDA is projected to grow by 18% year-over-year to €87 million, driven by improving market demand and cost-saving initiatives.
