Richard Kelsey Appointed CFO of Semperit AG Holding

On October 22, 2026, Semperit AG Holding announced the appointment of Richard Kelsey as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 1, 2026. Kelsey succeeds Helmut Sorger, who will leave after contributing significantly to the company for over four years. Sorger's departure is by mutual agreement as he seeks new professional opportunities.

Kelsey brings over 25 years of international experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. He previously served as CFO at Constantia Flexibles and held key roles at Raiffeisen Investment and Cazenove in London. His contract with Semperit will run until October 31, 2029.

Cord Prinzhorn, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed confidence in Kelsey's ability to contribute to the company's growth alongside the Executive Board. He also commended Sorger for enhancing Semperit's strategic and financial foundations during his tenure.
