Selectirente, a listed real estate company, has disclosed its shares and voting rights status as of September 30, 2026. The total number of shares stands at 4,172,938, equal to the total theoretical voting rights. The exercisable voting rights, however, are slightly lower at 4,161,417. This discrepancy is due to shares deprived of voting rights, such as treasury shares.

The theoretical voting rights reflect the rights attached to all shares. In contrast, the exercisable voting rights are calculated after deducting non-voting shares.
