Total number of shares and voting rights of SELECTIRENTE in January 2026
As of January 31, 2026, SELECTIRENTE announces that its share capital comprises 4,172,938 shares. This number also corresponds to the theoretical total of voting rights. However, the exercisable voting rights amount to 4,161,463. These represent the number of rights that can be exercised at general meetings, after deducting shares without voting rights.
