Sekur Private Data Ltd. Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement

Vancouver-based Sekur Private Data Ltd., a Swiss-hosted cybersecurity and communications firm, has announced a non-brokered private placement. The company aims to raise up to CA$2,000,000 (US$1,400,000) through the issuance of 20,000,000 units. Each unit includes one common share, priced at CA$0.10 (US$0.07), and a full share purchase warrant. This warrant allows holders to buy an additional share at CA$0.14 (US$0.10) within 36 months of the closure.

The raised funds will support sales efforts for SekurOne, sales to the U.S. Government, and other business developments. Shares will be under a four-month hold as required by Canadian securities laws, with potential finders' fees adhering to Canadian Securities Exchange policies.
