SCOR: Statement on the number of shares and voting rights
SCOR, a leading global reinsurer, has published a statement regarding the total number of shares and voting rights of the company as of May 31, 2026. SCOR's share capital consists of 179,397,099 shares, each with a par value of €7.8769723. The theoretical number of voting rights is also 179,397,099.
This information is provided in accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority.
In 2025, SCOR recorded €15.4 billion in gross insurance revenues and remains a key player in risk management, with a global presence through more than 35 offices serving clients in more than 150 countries.
