Swiss Property MobiFonds Half-Year Results

The MobiFonds Swiss Property, recently listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange, posted solid half-year results as of March 31, 2026. The decline in rental income, primarily due to construction projects in Zurich and Basel, was offset by reduced expenses, thus stabilizing net income. The net asset value per unit stands at CHF 137.54.

The fund manages a portfolio of 23 properties with a market value of CHF 1.2 billion. Although reduced by CHF 540,000 (-2.6%), the termination of commercial leases had no major impact on net income (-0.6%). The fund plans new construction projects in Basel, including a residential development to be completed by mid-2029.

Dominik Bögli, the fund manager, emphasizes the stability and reliability of the MobiFonds thanks to its successful listing and the progress of its construction projects. Further information is available at mobiliere.ch/swissproperty.
