Schneider Electric's Share Buyback Program Update
Schneider Electric has executed a share buyback as authorized by its Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2026. The initiative aligns with the provisions of Article L. 22-10-62 of the French Commercial Code and European Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 regarding market abuse.
Between June 15th and 19th, 2026, Schneider Electric repurchased 35,100 shares of its own stock. This transaction represents approximately 0.01% of the company's share capital as of December 31, 2025, culminating in a total expenditure of €9,837,014. The main objective of these buybacks is to fulfill commitments related to the long-term incentive plans for employees and corporate officers.
