Schneider Electric's Share Buyback Update
Schneider Electric has provided an update on its authorized share buyback program. This follows the authorization given during the Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2025. The program complies with Article L. 22-10-62 of the French Commercial Code and European Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 on market abuse. The specifics of the program are detailed in the 2024 Universal Registration Document.
Between September 15th and 19th, 2025, Schneider Electric repurchased 40,000 shares, representing approximately 0.01% of its share capital as of December 31, 2024. The total cost of these buybacks was 9,275,972 €. The purpose of the buyback is to fulfill obligations related to long-term incentive plans for employees and corporate officers.
