Schneider Electric Executes Weekly Share Buyback
Schneider Electric, based in Rueil-Malmaison, France, announced its recent share buyback activities. The program received authorization from the Annual General Meeting held on May 7, 2026, under the 16th resolution. This initiative allows the Board of Directors to repurchase company shares according to the French Commercial Code Article L. 22-10-62 and the European Regulation on market abuse.
Between July 13 and July 17, 2026, Schneider Electric repurchased 64,129 shares, constituting roughly 0.01% of its share capital as of December 31, 2025. The total expenditure for this buyback amounted to €17,011,609. The main objective is to fulfill obligations linked to a long-term incentive plan for employees and corporate officers.
