Schneider Electric Executes Share Buyback
Schneider Electric announced a recent tranche of its share buyback program. From March 9 to 13, 2026, the company repurchased 66,451 shares, representing approximately 0.01% of its share capital as of December 31, 2025. The total purchase amounted to €16,712,951. This buyback initiative follows the authorization by the Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2025, under the 16th resolution.
The buyback program complies with Article L. 22-10-62 of the French Commercial Code and EU Regulation no. 596/2014 on market abuse. The transactions aim to meet obligations from a long-term incentive plan for employees and corporate officers. More details on the program are in the 2024 Universal Registration Document.
