François Jackow proposé comme administrateur de Schneider Electric
Le 24 mars 2026, Schneider Electric annonce sa proposition de François Jackow au poste d'administrateur. Sa nomination sera soumise au vote des actionnaires lors de l'Assemblée générale le 7 mai 2026. Actuel Directeur général d'Air Liquide, M. Jackow est reconnu pour son expertise en fabrication industrielle, énergie et technologies.
Avec une carrière débutée chez Air Liquide en 1993, il a gravi les échelons jusqu'au Comité exécutif en 2014 et occupe depuis 2019 le rôle de Vice-président exécutif. M. Jackow apportera également son expérience en transformations stratégiques et opérationnelles. Sa nomination renforcerait le Comité Capital Humain & Rémunérations.
