Schindler Updates Group Executive Committee
Schindler Holding Ltd. has announced a significant change to its Group Executive Committee effective January 1, 2027. Dr. André Becker will join the company as Chief Human Resources Officer. Becker brings a wealth of international leadership experience in Human Resources, having previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Lidl and holding various leadership roles at BASF.
The new committee will include Paolo Compagna as CEO, Carla De Geyseleer as CFO and deputy CEO, and Matteo Attrovio as CIO. Other members include Danilo Calabrò for Europe South, Donato Carparelli as CTO, Nitin Chalke for Asia Pacific, Patrick Hess for Europe North, Vikén Martarian for the Americas and Escalators, and Meinolf Pohle for China.
