SCBSM announces share buybacks
SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, has announced share buyback transactions carried out in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation. Several transactions were conducted on its own shares between December 29, 2025, and January 2, 2026.
On December 29, 2025, SCBSM repurchased 124 shares at an average price of €9.70 per share. The same number of shares were repurchased on December 30 and 31, 2025, at respective prices of €9.60 and €9.50 per share. On January 2, 2026, the transaction continued with the repurchase of the same number of shares at €9.50 each.
These transactions were carried out on the Euronext Paris market, under the ISIN code FR0006239109. This strategy is part of SCBSM's optimized management plan, seeking increased valuation for its shareholders.
