SBF AG Reports Profitability Increase in First Half of 2026
SBF AG has announced a substantial improvement in earnings for the first half of 2026, reporting an EBITDA increase to €1.6 million from €0.5 million in 2025. The EBITDA margin improved from 2% to 8%. This marks the first positive half-year result in several years, with a net profit of €0.6 million compared to a €0.7 million loss in 2025.
Despite a decline in consolidated turnover to €19.8 million, primarily due to delayed project call-offs, the quality of earnings improved. The relocation of production to České Budějovice contributed to cost savings and a more streamlined customer portfolio.
The order book stands at €98.5 million, securing production capacity beyond the current financial year. SBF has adjusted its 2026 revenue forecast to between €38.0 and €41.0 million, with EBITDA projected at €1.8 to €2.4 million, reflecting ongoing project delays.
