Sartorius Stedim Biotech proposes a dividend of €0.69
The Board of Directors of Sartorius Stedim Biotech SA has decided to propose a dividend of €0.69 per share for the 2025 financial year. This proposal will be submitted to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on March 24, 2026. The total amount distributed would be €67.1 million, the same as the previous year. Payments to shareholders will begin on April 2, 2026.
The preliminary results for 2025 will also be discussed at the Annual General Meeting. The press release specifies that the group's forecasts remain subject to market uncertainties. The 2025 annual report will be published on February 16, 2026, with other financial announcements planned throughout the year.
