Sartorius Stedim Biotech Half-Year Liquidity Contract Update
On July 3, 2025, Sartorius Stedim Biotech SA reported the status of its liquidity contract with Kepler Cheuvreux as of June 30, 2025. The account held 35,556 shares and €5,371,198.80. During this semester, there were 6,590 buy-side executions and 6,093 sell-side executions. The traded volume comprised 341,671 shares for €67,250,964.02 on the buy side and 335,678 shares for €66,313,031.28 on the sell side.
Comparatively, as of December 31, 2024, the liquidity account contained 29,563 shares and €6,232,769.05 with fewer executions on both buy (5,450) and sell sides (5,333), and lower traded volumes. Initially, the liquidity account started with no shares and €10 million.
This update aligns with the AMF Decision N°2021-01, supporting accepted market practices for shares' liquidity contracts.
