Sarama Resources Expands in Laverton Gold District with Mt Venn Acquisition

Sarama Resources Ltd. has completed its acquisition of a majority interest in the 420km² Mt Venn Gold Project, located in Western Australia's Eastern Goldfields. This acquisition follows Sarama's acquisition of the nearby Cosmo Gold Project, thus expanding its landholdings to 1,000km² across two significant projects in the Laverton Gold District. The Mt Venn Project is situated 35km from the operating Gruyere Gold Mine and less than 20km from Gold Road's Golden Highway Deposit. It features a favorable litho-structural setting, including a significant regional shear zone.

This development is part of Sarama's strategic expansion in a district known for its prolific gold deposits. The project includes three contiguous exploration tenements, with Sarama holding an 80% interest, and Cazaly Resources holding the remaining 20%. Sarama plans to advance exploration with funds raised through recent equity financing of A$2.7M.
