SANHA GmbH & Co. KG Reports Significant Revenue Growth in 2026

In the first nine months of 2026, SANHA GmbH & Co. KG achieved a 26.9% increase in revenue, reaching EUR 120.1 million. This growth includes contributions from BTE Biegetechnik Engineering GmbH, amounting to EUR 17 million. Organic growth in core operations was 9.2%. Key markets like France, Benelux, and South America showed significant improvements. In Germany, construction demand is modest, yet the Building Modernisation Act and increased building permits are fostering growth. The shift toward lead-free copper alloys, ahead of the EU's 2026 regulation ban, has positively impacted SANHA’s sales.

Gross profit rose to EUR 69.8 million, with an EBITDA of EUR 17.7 million, despite increased expenses. EBIT improved, reaching EUR 12.1 million. The outlook for 2026 projects single-digit core business growth, bolstered by substantial contributions from BTE.
